MPI Preferences
MPI's preferences open from the File Menu. The preferences are set on three cards in the Preferences window described below
Default Editor
The first card in the preference window lets you set which if any editor that you want to open when SuperCard opens.
It is worth remembering that it is easy to open the RTE from MPI's Utilities Menu
I usually have this set to ModuloPi or none. It is easy to open the RTE with the Utilities menu or by typing ed in the mesage box and hitting return.
Module Sets
The module sets card lets you set up a very handy MPI feature, you can set up sets of one or more modules to open with an f-key.
The interface for organising this is also an inspiring piece of SuperCard scripting. The modules are listed in the left hand field and you just drag them to the appropriate place in the right handed list.

Wd Templates
Window templates are another powerful mpi concept. In MPIs Edit Menu the New window menu item has a sub menu listing a variety of window templates, you can add to these templates, remove or edit them in this window. More information on Window Templates
