Flamethrower is very easy to use and in more able hand than mine very powerful.
How it works:Your browser will send the form information to the Flamethrower application, Flamethrower will make a worksheet using the information you send.
Flamethrower will create the worksheet as a JPEG file and redirect your browser to it.
You can then print the worksheet.
