Lorenz Tschudi has produced a SuperCard Project that checks Chilton's web pages, list externals, there descriptions and downloads them. Unstuffs them too. Very nice.

Benifits from Chilton's setWindowAlpha external which allows the rulers to be transparent.
Chilton has been keeping up the 'external a day' routine, there are now 8 at DevHq SuperCard Externals which is a temporary url.

I noted the release of this a few entries ago, and there has been some discussion about the Runtime Editor on the SuperCard List. MPI has a ton of features not present in the RTE. I opened most of the palettes in MPI and took a Screenshot(in a new window). I had to set my monitor to 1280x960 to get them all in, so it is a big jpg.
The most important part of MPI is the Property Inspector, a much improved version of the one that ships with SuperCard Stéphane Leys was responsible for both the RTE inspector and MPI.
The more I use it the more impressed I am. There are Modules for almost every thing. The help is almost universal, shift click on a label or a button, or shift select a menu and if the item is in the SuperCard Language guide, the SLG pops up at the right entry.

I have added another simple project to the Simple_Guides.proj set up. worldTime.proj uses the digiposs web services World Time web service to find out what time it is in other parts of the world.

The site will move to devHQ.com some time in the future.
the first 2 externals are http 1.2 and Stuff a ram based database.
Fantastic stuff from Chilton, to whom the SC community owes a lot.

Version 1.4 of ModuloPI the alternative Runtime Editor for SuperCard is out.
Many improvments my favourites include:
Clicking on labels and button on mpi palettes takes you to the SuperCard Language Guide contextually. This makes MPI the ideal tools for learning SuperCard and its language.
Template windows for new projects.
The module popup shows the F-Keys that are associated with the module in the preference.
Creating a text grc with command key down keeps the draw text tool instead of selecting the object with the pointer tool (I think I requested that one:))

Simple_Guides.proj
Simple_Guides.proj is a SuperCard project that lists and downloads other SuperCard projects from a server.
The projects are an assortment of simple examples and SuperCard guides. Included in the projects to download are updates of the Movie Test and Simple CURL projects that are in the Users Samples folder that shipped with SuperCard.

I released Halloween Poems 1.1 on the 11th of October. I didn't advertise much, just here and Version Tracker(a couple of comments).
According to my logs it has had 915 downloads since then. I also have a SuperCard Player version. In the same peroid it got 23 downloads. This seem a pity to me, and some sort of indication of the popularity of SC player.
