ModuloPi version 1.8 is out. My review of version 1.5 is getting a bit out dated, as MPI gets better and better.

Tomas' SuperCard Area has six new externals:
Preferences Externals for getting andsetting plist preference values; ScreenFade; ScreenResolution for getting, setting and listingscreen modes; StripMarkup strips html markup; GetVersion get the version numbers from the plist. andCursorTools Lock and unlock the cursor position.

As the release of SuperCard 4.5 draws near, the SuperCard folk have released a SuperCard Help Project Template. I've had a go at producing one for quicktime playback, which I uploaded to the SuperCard List files Area (you need to be a member of the SC list.) Feedback would be appreciated before I finish it off and send it to SuperCard.

Ian Bridges posted a SuperCard project to the SuperCard list's file area.
This uses shell() and Python to parse a rss feed.
I was delighted to see my blog's rss listed in the feeds.
The project needs OSX 10.3+, but will work with 10.2 with pyXML loaded (you can get that from http://pyxml.sourceforge.net/
Powerful stuff, Ian has shared a quite a few shell techinques with the list now, going beyond most scripters knowledge.

I've revamped the downloads page removing the pre SC 4 stuff.
There is also a new version of tinywords desktop stamper 1.0 Beta 5.
