I was working on this at the end of last year, it uploads Supercard screenshots to Flickr, and I am then blogging it with the flickr blog tool.
The upload is crude, uses appleScript and mail.app rather than the fickr APIs.
I guess you could use the APIs to combine the upload with a post to the blog with the blogger API without leaving SuperCard, if I understood the flickr API.
